HLF manages two city owned properties Grosvenor Lodge and Elsie Perrin Williams Estate. Their use was transformed from the residential to commercial and social use.  We are also involved in various projects to promote the preservation of London’s built heritage.

Buildings on the Brink 2010
This is an HLF program which selects annually 5 most threatened historical sites in the city. The list is released annually for Heritage Day to communicate the importance of these properties to the London public, and recommend ways in which they can be preserved.

This year we could not identify any buildings in London that we have not seen previously and no new ones were identified.
