Our Properties

Heritage London Foundation is an innovative charitable organization founded in 1981 that advocates for the preservation of significant heritage properties. Created when the wrecker’s ball was rapidly destroying many of London’s architectural treasures, Heritage London Foundation now provides viable contemporary uses for two beautiful houses, the Elsie Perrin Williams Estate and Grosvenor Lodge.

The Heritage London Foundation operates within the traditional territories of the Anishinaabeg, Attawandaron, Haudenosaunee, and Lunaapeewak peoples. We would also like to recognize that today the City of London is neighbours to: Chippewas of the Thames First Nation, Oneida Nation of the Thames, and Munsee-Delaware Nation. We recognize and honour the contributions of the local Indigenous peoples, Métis, and other Indigenous groups to the heritage of our region and to its continued development.
