Heritage London Foundation is offering Elsie Perrin Williams Estate as the beautiful backdrop for talented photographers to capture your prom and graduation photos this year!
We’ve partnered with Fanshawe College’s photography program to offer photography sessions to graduating students in the London area who will unfortunately be missing out on their grad and prom photos due to COVID-19.
All graduating students are invited to dress up and come by for an outdoor photo shoot at the beautiful Elsie Perrin Williams Estate, located at 101 Windermere Road in London.
Prom and Grad Photo Sessions
We will be offering two different photography packages starting at $30.00. Options will include individual pictures, pictures with your household, and an optional socially distanced photo session with friends.
Package One
$30.00 individual session includes a 15 minute photo shoot for the student to pose alone and with their household.
Package Two
$50.00 individual and group session includes a 15 minute photo shoot for the student to pose alone and with their household, and a15 minute socially-distanced group session. (Please make sure everyone signs up for the same package when they register.)
Payment & Package Details
- To ensure the fundraiser remains safe for the students and our volunteers, students will be preregistering online.
- Payment methods include e-transfer or credit.
- After registering online and paying for the session, our team will contact the students or their parents to schedule the session time.
- Digital images will be emailed to the students within a week of the photo session.
- Appointments will be available every Monday throughout the summer (depending on demand) with late morning, afternoon & evening appointments available.
- Photo sessions will start once the Provincial shutdown and stay-at-home orders are lifted.

Heritage London Foundation would like to thank Fanshawe College’s Photography Program and our Volunteers for helping to make this fundraiser possible. All money raised will help support the work of Heritage London Foundation and its Bookcase Project.
This year it has become very difficult for graduating students to celebrate the important milestone of graduation. Heritage London Foundation looks after Grosvenor Lodge and Elsie Perrin Williams Estate, two historic homes, that are popular venues rented out for events and weddings. We have fielded multiple inquiries from Students and Parents who are trying to create some sort of in-person celebration for graduating students, which have all unfortunately already missed out on so much in their final year.
We want to celebrate the students’ achievements by providing professional images for students and family to look back on for years to come.
Louise Mantle, the Event and Marketing Coordinator at Heritage London Foundation, came up with this fundraising idea that will give students a chance to dress up and create some happy memories in 2021, while also raising money for the organization at the same time. Louise, reached out to one of her alma maters, Fanshawe College, to partner with the photography program in this fundraiser. We are so pleased that Gilles Sweet-Boulay, Professor and Coordinator of the Photography Program agreed to help Heritage London Foundation with this fundraiser.
